Karen joined Coffey Testing in 2022 as an Accounts Receivable Specialist based at the Newcastle Head Office.
Before joining Coffey Testing, she spent 12 years with CDA Eastland Trade Supplies as Accounts Receivable Manager, where she built strong experience in credit management and dispute resolution.
Karen understands that accounts receivable plays a critical role in a company’s cash flow. It is not just about chasing payments, but also resolving invoice queries and building strong relationships that help keep accounts running smoothly and protect the financial health of the business.
In her role, Karen works closely with colleagues across offices around Australia and enjoys being part of a team where everyone contributes to getting projects completed efficiently.
