Laura has been with Coffey Testing for almost 2 years, bringing a degree in Human Resource Management and Marketing at the University of Newcastle.

Laura has a passion for people and processes, playing a pivotal role in supporting and facilitating day-to-day processes in HR.

Laura’s roles include recruitment and onboarding of new employees, reviewing and implementing wellbeing initiatives, assisting with events / activities and promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Laura also assists with training, probation reviews and positive recognition.

Laura’s key strengths are her approachable and personable communication style and motivation towards fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture that reflects our company values.
