Flynn recently joined Coffey Testing as a HR Assistant, bringing with him a Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resource Management and Marketing, along with over nine years of experience in the hospitality industry. Having worked his way up from kitchen hand to shift supervisor in the Hunter Valley’s vineyards, Flynn brings strong leadership, people skills, and a grounded, team-focused approach to his role.
He is passionate about understanding people, their backgrounds, goals, and how to best support them in reaching their potential. Flynn is driven to help foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive work environment where everyone can do their best work.
