Based in Darwin, Ryan is a Lab Supervisor at Coffey Testing, bringing more than 15 years of experience in construction materials testing to his role. He holds a Civil Engineering degree from the Philippines and began his career in materials testing in 2009.
Ryan first joined Coffey Testing in November 2020. Prior to his current role, he gained valuable experience as a Laboratory 2IC and Team Lead, developing strong technical, leadership and laboratory management skills.
His experience covers a broad range of construction materials testing, with particular expertise in soil, concrete and aggregate testing. More recently, he has played an important role in helping the Darwin laboratory expand its scope to include asphalt testing.
Throughout his career, Ryan has contributed to a number of significant projects, including the Core Lithium Mine, RAAF Darwin Air 7000 project and Darwin Urban Asphalt Project.
