Ben brings more than 20 years of extensive experience across the construction and infrastructure sectors in Australia and New Zealand. Throughout his career, he has built expertise in geotechnical engineering, digital enablement, and multidisciplinary service delivery, underpinned by an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business.
He has successfully led large, high-performing teams across specialist engineering services and played a pivotal role in delivering major projects, including Transmission Gully. Known for his collaborative approach, Ben has a strong reputation for building lasting client relationships, fostering sustainable growth, and driving measurable improvements in operational performance and efficiency.
A particular passion of Ben’s lies in leveraging digital tools and data to enhance project delivery. He thrives in environments where innovation, problem solving, and practical thinking intersect to create tangible, real-world outcomes.
