Coffey Testing 2025 Employee Engagement Survey Results

We’re proud to share the results of our 2025 employee engagement survey, which highlight the strength of our culture and the progress we have made across the business over the past two years.

Our overall engagement score reached 61%, a significant increase from 49% in 2023. This improvement reflects the ongoing commitment of our people and leaders to building a supportive, high performing workplace.

Outperforming The National Trend

While employee engagement scores across Australia are trending downward, Coffey Testing is moving in the opposite direction.

According to the Gallup State of the Global Workplace Report 2025, the average engagement score in Australia has dropped to 23%, down from 33.6% in 2023. This means Coffey Testing is currently tracking well above the national average.

These results are a strong reflection of the culture we are building and the dedication of our team across laboratories, project sites, and offices around the country.

The survey also highlighted several areas where our team reported particularly strong results.

  • 95% of employees agree they know what is expected of them at work.
  • 94% of employees agree Coffey Testing is a safe place to work.
