As we continue our spotlight series on Coffey Testing’s dedicated Quality and Training team, we’re proud to introduce Andrew Ritchie, our highly respected Quality Assurance Specialists.
With 28 years of experience in the Construction Materials Testing industry, Andrew brings a wealth of technical knowledge and a deep commitment to maintaining high standards across our operations. Over the past two years, he’s managed three Quarry and Concrete laboratories, following a decade spent overseeing five Asphalt labs, proving his versatility across multiple testing environments.
Andrew holds an Advanced Diploma of Laboratory Operations and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, qualifications that not only reflect his expertise but also support his passion for mentoring others. His ability to guide teams and uphold rigorous quality processes makes him a cornerstone of our national network.
When asked what keeps him motivated, Andrew points to the variety of his work and the strong relationships he’s built across the business. Whether it’s on site or in the lab, Andrew thrives on collaboration and consistency, values that shine through in everything he does.
In May 2025, Andrew was recognised through our Recognition & Reward program for his outstanding support leading into the Central Coast Audit. His dedication and leadership gave the team the confidence they needed, ultimately contributing to a highly successful outcome.
